I am wondering or this still is a forum about hosta but any way
Just another example
H laevigata was a new species published by
Schmid Later he describes it as a specoid ie just another name for
hybrid. If he had measured the pollen of the plant he had found
just as I did , that it had only 30 % good pollen so was a hybrid to
start with.
