Foliar nematodes questions

I just spoke with an assistant at Dr. Lochart's lab at the U of Minnesota - 
which incidentally is about 1/2 mile from my house.  He is the Ph.D. that has 
done work on viruses for the Hosta Association.  We were both wondering what 
the rest of you are doing for foliar nematodes.

She suggested drenching Hostas and the surrounding soil with a 2% of a 
product called Zerotol but also was very curious as to what I would learn on a 
Internet post.    I will share what ever you folks suggest with her as she 
requested in hopes she can help someone else-which certainly helps every Hosta and 
garden lover.

Any suggestions or recommendations?
