The format must be understood carefully if an effective opposition can be
mounted. I'm sure that there are laws that govern the conduct of a
non-profit organization. Without good competent legal counsel there might
be a majority that is out maneuvered. I'm saying the same thing over and
over, the law outside the AHS and the by-laws inside govern how the AHS's
business is run. It is thru a through understanding of these laws and a
prepared and organized group that changes can be made and all the talk will
go for nothing without it.
