Re: Today's favorite hosta aLLEGAN fOG

After looking at picture of  Allegan fog, to me it looks white christmas with 
a wider green edge.  Does it have the same growth problems   Recently my 
white christmas started sending up bicolored leaves with streaking.  Even 
produced all green leaves.  The plant has looked healthier after doing so but 
is still not thriving.    Waiting to see what another year will bring.  
I would interested in Allegan fog if the leaves had more texture and were 
thicker.  Because I am looking for plants that do not bleach out as they 
become lighter.  I have found that thinner leafed hostas are a lot more 
temperamental.    Any information you have would be helpful.  Thanks Chris
