The convention is to hectic, there would not be time to discuss these
complex issues at an open meeting. Without a consensus and a plan worked
out ahead of time nothing will happen.

Jim please explain how we were promised that questions submitted ahead of
time in Chicago would be heard and addressed by the committee. Then ignored.
