Andrew I looked out my bathroom window and saw that P.appendiculatum was blooming. The sight of yellow blossoms in the glowing sunshine after a dark gray morning made me catch my breath. On closer inspection I found that the hard rain of early morning actually knocked off some of the petals. Marilyn O'Kane
