Phil,
It's actually 'Vancouver Centennial' not Bicentennial. Did your plant
originate from Grandview Nurseries? They have preprinted labels that are
incorrect. (One of my tasks at the LA show and sale last year was to mark out
all the Bi's on the labels before the sale opened)
Have you tried writing to Ian Gillam directly and inquiring?
