I tried plain horticultural sand when I had the problem, but never
thought of mixing pyrethrum with it.  Great idea.
As I recall, I did try the drenches with Bt as well.  I was stupid of me
to bring it inside in the first place.  Prevention is a hard learned
lesson not to mention time and expense.
