seeds question

Hello all you experts:

is anybody familiar with these:  P. rubrocincium and P. synoti (or
signoti), couldn't make out spelling on IGS seed envelope.  They are not
found in Diana Miller nor in any list I have.

Also, does Rusty McKilligan have an email address?   I need to contact her.
