P.synnoti is listed in Derek Clifford's book "Pelargoniums including the
`popular Geranium`". Clifford also shows it as Jenkinsonia synnoti. This
plant is also in William J. Webb's "Pelargonium Family". Both of these
listings have it in the Myrrhidium group. Webb states "This species is often
regarded as a variety of P. myrrifolium".
This may not be the latest technical information, but hopefully it will be of
some use to you.
