Re: streptocarpella

Streptocarpella is a pretty common patio plant here in Southern
California. Most people, myself included, grow it in the shade in a
hanging basket. Despite its delicate appearance it will fill an eight
inch basket in a season. It seems to prefer warm shade and blooms
heavily in the summer. However, here, even in winter there are some
blooms. If you can, I would recommend growing this plant outside for the
summer, it should be spectacular.

Good Growing,
Bob Felthaus
