Hi,
I have to always repot to get mine to start growing, I don't have the
oxalis triangularis. but another oxalis..I got 6 tiny bulbs about 3
years ago and just the other day I sifted through the soil and there is
30 of them..some are very small but I love  them..I hope this helps..
