Jessica,
Try setting your oxalis outside . . . say on an east or south porch, no
saucer as that might keep it too wet for now. The heat of spring sunshine
may "trigger" the little bulbs into popping up! Keep just lightly moist
until you see growth. Give it a try. Ours are outside and are really
growing fast and love the change.
