I suspect you're being too good to them, judging by all the new growth.
Like cactus, if they look good they probably won't bloom.  I had to underpot
mine in clay pots and let them dry out completely between watering to make
them bloom.  

Hoya multiflora seems to be different, though.  It sets buds in every leaf
axil and right now has two flower clusters and another developing on a
single stem plant.  I want to cut it back to make it branch but it won't
stop flowering so I can do it.  Guess I'll have to see if cuttings will
develop the buds while forming roots.
