Christmas cactus again

Hello all and thanks for all your replies..
I have another question,
How would I root this cactus ?
I'm thinking it is in a big pot for it's size so if I could just restart
the whole thing into another smaller pot, can I take off the stems and
put them all in another pot ?
I've never tried to take cuttings from one so I don't know how to
start..
