We have a peace lilly growing in the front window of our office here in NYC.
It is pot bound, watered once a week, and lives in full sunlight.  It blooms
several times a year.  I hope this helps.  However, I do notice when it is
transplanted to a bigger pot it does droop for a while.  Keep your chin up and
give it a little time.
