judy, what species of ginger do you have? i've been perusing the latest
stokes catalog and tempted to try them again, some curcuma, globba, zingibers,
even a heliconia, since i have a terrace at work, i'm tempted to try them
outdoors in the spring.
batya, i lost my tibouchina too. it's not an easy thing to keep alive
indoors. i am trying to get another one from one of those vendors at the
union square green market.
claire, i grow everything in 2 southeast windows and 4 northwest windows, in
addition to a 4' long tabletop lightstand. i don't have enough room (it's
only a one-bedroom nyc apt.), as you can imagine...
