I'm not Jim but I might offer an answer. Ficus benjamina is notorious for
dropping its leaves whenit's moved, particularly to a space with less light.
It will leaf out again with leaves appropriate to the new light levels. Be
careful with the watering in the meantime as it will not lose much moisture
when it hasn't any leaves.
