Hi, Teri,

I don't know how to help you on line.  It's sort of like asking a doctor to
prescribe for your child without seeing them.  Ficus are very tempermental.
I do know they are very easily stressed by too much water and/or too little.
They do not like being real dry either.  I would keep the tree just moist and
wait for spring.  Often, then they leaf out just as our trees do outside after
winter is over.  Good luck!
