Re: streptocarpus

Hi Nancy, my old plant encyclopedia says "Streptocarpus, although perennial, should not be kept for several years; (apparently that is both the singular and plural form) it is better to raise fresh plants annually.  In addition to propagation by seeds, these plants may be increased by division and by leaf cuttings in the same way as Gloxinias".

Hi! I was wondering if I can divide my overgrown strep. It doesn't look as
nice as it used to, and it's taking up a lot of space. But I'd hate to kill
it. By the way, what's the plural of this plant name?
Thanks, Nancy Stedman
