Hi Everyone:
I guess I started something here, and figured I'd better put something about
my plants on the list.
I primarily grow gesneriads, but I also have a few odds and ends growing
around the plant room. I have about 30+ African Violets, and they are
beginning to bloom after my move from Oregon to California. All my
miniature Sinningias are blooming, and I'm currently in the process of cross
pollinating them. I have over 100 seeds planted, and all of them have have
sprouted. I hope they can all grow into large plants. I received the seeds
when I joined AGGS (American Gloxinia and Gesneriad Society) as a bonus.
I received the African Violets from members on another list when they found
out that I grew gesneriads, but had difficulty growing their particular
specialty. I have kept them growing for over a years, and some of the
blooms are really gorgeous. I am having a little difficulty getting my
orchids back into growing condition, but I'll keep trying until they show
new growth, or dry up.
I have a small collection of indoor bonsai, and like penjings.
Well, that is my introduction to the group.
Keith
