<< I grew my n. gracilis from seeds pinched from the San Diego zoo. The seeds
were scattered about on the paths and well you know................
i think the expression is: "the seeds accidentally jumped into my pocket..."
:-P
it happens to me a lot too...
An online friend sent the n. northiana, another the n. longifolia, both in
plant swaps. >>
so what does northiana look like? i have the gracilis, the blue/maroon/yellow
flowered one, the only complaint i have is that the flowers only last one day.
there is also another genus, Trimezia, which has yellow flowers similar to the
longifolia.
