Here I am again.  I am an oldfashion organic freak.  The only fertilizer I
use is fish emulsion.  I put 4 tablespoons in one gallon of rain water.
Works perfect for me.  Fish emulsion being what   it is, contains all the
nutrients, macro and micro minerals that the plants need for healthy
growth.  But, if you are not comfortable with it, I would suggest Peters
for orchids.
