Hmm...to tell the truth, I don't know if leaf cuttings work for ficus. 
I don't see why they wouldn't, although the usual method is
air-layering.  If it works, keep us updated.  I just bought a small
"Black Prince" over the weekend and I'd love to increase my supply.
