Re: Finally!

My name is Sue and I'm new to this list..
I"m going to bravely come out of lurking mode and ask a silly "newbie"
type of question..
I have an attached greenhouse and I would love to begin to fill it with
various plants, the first of which I have aquired is a spider plant.
I have snipped off the babies, put them in a bowl of water (3 weeks ago)
now comes the silly question, do they perfer to root in sun or shade? My
fiance has them in the sun right now and they are not growing roots very
fast, I believe they need shade instead..
