Greetings from a lurker,
I was recently given a plant that neither the giver nor I can identify, I'm
hoping someone here can ID it for me.
It's a succulent, leaves opposite, lanceolate and serrated. It's a
translucent green with brownish purple spots on the undersides of the
leaves and a thin vein of brown around the leaf margin. The interesting
thing about it is that it reproduces by growing plantlets in the leaf
serrations which fall off and take root at the base of the parent.
Any ideas on it's type and tips for it's care would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Marianne
