Hi Jalspach, overwatering is definately your problem. STOP WATERING THEM FOR A
COUPLE OF DAYS! Some succulents will grow back leaves but others won't. So some
one them will have to be thrown away. You need to take that brown stuff out (rot
is what it is). Check the roots also. I have given off info on root-rot and
stem-rot for aloe. Check it out the remedial treatement for your succulents is
the same as for the aloe. Also, check out each type of succulents you have in
books or on the net to find out which ones can be cut back without harm and
which ones can't. That way you'll know which ones you can save. A succulent
missing leaves that will never grow back doesn't look very good.
