I have never had problems getting rid of spider mites. I think the key
is to use the correct chemicals and a thorough spraying. This means
coating the leaves top and bottom, and the stems until run-off.
I would suggest first that you get a pump-type sprayer. The little hand
type things are worthless for large plants. Take the plants outside and
spray them. If its to cold, you can do it in the bathtub. But make
sure you get a chemical thats labeled for inside use.
Outside, I use Malathion or Isotox. I just used wettable powder
Kelthane in the greenhouse and am pleased with the results. The
Kelthane did not smell as bad as the other two.
