Hi Caron
I too have spidermites on my Jasmine and tried all the "INDOOR house sprays
without success. So I took the plants up to the bathroom, turned on the
exhaust fan and sprayed them with outdoor systemic insectide (while wearing
a good mask) and left them for 4 or 5 hours. When I came back there was no
smell of the insectide so I took the plants down to the basement. I won't
know how well this has worked for a few days, but I will post the results.
I am sure many of you will find this a dangerous way to get rid of pests in
the winter, but I really love my Jasmine and really don't want to throw
them away....Ranjit in Toronto
