Introduction

Good Morning;

I am a new guy, I have been reading the list for about  a month. I  have a
large, south, southwest facing, unobstructed window. I am interested in
growing herbs in this window. I have a set of shelves 5 high, about  18
inches apart. my dad is hogging up prime space at the moment  with his
tomatoes which he will eventually plant out side. I will be growing herbs
indoors. year round. I live in Ohio, close to the Ohio River right on the
edge of Zones 5 and 6. I do not know if zones matter when you grow things
indoors.

I am also interested in edible sprouts and handicapped, out door gardening.
However; my questions here will be about indoor herb growing.
