[INDOOR-GARDENING:217] RE: INDOOR-GARDENING digest 735

Thanks for all your help regarding the information about the dirt that
won't absorb water, I really appreciate it.

I have another question though. I got the mixture to be a little moist,
now the seeds are planted (petunia's, very, very small seeds, just laid
on top) How do I water them if the water won't absorb through the
bottom? I am going to try putting the dish soap in some very warm water
and put the water in a tray to bottom water but I am not sure if it will
absorb. The seedlings peeked through the dirt last night (oh, they are
sooo cute). The are in an electric greenhouse that is heated to about
75° so they tend to dry out faster which is good, but not when I can't
get them wet again, I don't want them to die from lack of water, and I
don't want them to die from the dampening off disease. Thanks. ~Amy~
