One of my favorite plants!  Latin name is spathiphyllum.  Care is pretty easy. 
Wait until they start wilting a little bit, then water.  They seem to flower
better in lower light.  Might just be my imagination.  If they stop flowering I
give them some Schultz's Bloom Plus (10-60-10).
