Re: Plant lights

He is wrong. In general, room lighting is of insufficient intensity for
long-term healthy growth.

If the plants remain compact, and grow at a reasonable rate for their type,
they are getting enough light. If they get "leggy", produce steadily
smaller leaves, or very dark leaves, or don't grow well, they are likely
not getting enough light.
