fungas gnats

The same sticky yellow papers that trap whiteflys also work for fungas
gnats.  These work very well for me, except when my plants are seedlings and
the roots are tiny.  Then I use nasty stuff sprinkled on the soil.  I forget
what it is, but it's a poisen designed for fungas gnats.  Plants I use this
on are kept far away from my cats.
