Hi Gail, I have two indoor Jasmine Plants. They like to be moist but not wet and I think a North East window will not provide enough light. Do you have a GROLIGHT bulb that you can stick over the plant (not too close about 18 to 24 inches above the top) I have one in an East window and the other in my basement garden under lights.
