Ha! Living this far north, I don't have that problem. The plant gets no 
real light after the first of Nov.! There are some advantages to Arctic 
Circle life. Actually, this is the first year I have a had a November 
catus. I bought it last year really cheap becasue all the buds had 
fallen off. I was thrilled to see buds!
