Hi, all, Lysette, I haven't been familiar with some of the plants you've
mentioned, but I have gardenias. They root better in potting soil. It
helps if you have rooting hormone. My ivy and philodendron type I like
to root in water, tho'.
My 1st gardenia was a mark-down like you-all have been talking about,
about 8" tall, and now it's about 6', plus I have others all over from
cuttings.
The plant I'm having trouble with is a diffenbachia. It's leaves are
turning yellow and it looks sickly. Do you think it's too much water?
Thanks for any help, Margaret.
