RE: Let's Get Green

There are plenty of cold-season vegetables that should do well if
the temps don't get _too_ close to freezing inside the
enclosure. Spinach, lettuce, cabbage, radishes, and most greens
do better when it's cooler than when it's warmer. If you want
some color, try one of the "Lights" varieties (can't remember
exact variety names, but they generally have the word _lights_ in
them somewhere) of Swiss chard. The stems are orange, yellow,
green, purple, red, and white. Some varieties of cabbage and
kale turn gorgeous colors when the temps drop, too.

Thanks Jim: I love greens. I am going with cabbage. Different colors.
My cousins are named Tipton.
