This is just a really fancy hay rack.  A good feed supply store may stock
them or be able to
order.  A web search for equine hay racks might turn one up as well.   From
years of working
with horses, I think the price quoted is probably fairly reasonable.  Do
check width and depth dimesions, though, as they are designed for flacks of
hay and are probably not that wid.
