Hi,
I'm looking for someone to exchange old fashioned letters with, mainly
on the gardening theme. For years I wrote to my grandmother to keep
in touch, then my husband's grandmother in big text as her eyesight
failed & she couldn't see to garden, and a biking philosopher friend
on walkabout in Australia, but the grandmothers have gone and the
biker has resorted to E-mail as he cut loose from itineries. A friend
with limited mobility who lives locally tells me she enjoys hearing
about what I do as it keeps her in touch with her young active self,
and less cut off from the things she can't do anymore.
So, hoping this list hasn't grown exponentially, is there anyone
interested in corresponding in paper & ink with a 35 yr old project
manager who has a tiny garden which she loves, gives her hassle with
growing alpines & want's to share with another garden lover?
Contact me directly via E-mail, but I can't promise to write to more
than a couple of people. I will respond to all the E-mails I get -
lets see what happens.
Karen
