No. Don't repot it now. Cut off the suckers as close the bud union
as you can and mark the place (or draw a picture) where the sucker
emerges. In December, prune the primary plant fairly hard; cut down to
12" - 18". take it out of the pot, wash ALL the dirt off of it and saw
off the area where the sucker emerges. Now trim off any roots that
were broken during the operation above the break point and repot with
new potting soil.
