Being a 9-5'r, in zone 5, I have come to the conclusion that the best time
to move anything is when I have the time, and feel motivated. I just have
to be realistic about what the plant needs after it gets moved, which is a
consequence of the season it is moved in, and accept some loss to the
plant as a potential consequence also. That loss is usually recovered
after a season. If I wait until the orthodox time, the entire project may
