regarding rose propagation:
There are lots of interesting web sites on the Internet on this subject. I once did a
"Sherlock" search on the Internet (using a MacIntosh) - (or "Ask Jeeves" if you are
unfortunate enough to have IBM!) I searched for "rose propagation" and received tons of
info.
I used the information from a rosarian from San Francisco gardens, who said he used his
method on over 200 roses in this public gardens, with over 95% success rate. It worked
about 50% for me - but of course, my laudry room is not exactly the ideal conditions for
propagationg roses!
