I ordered some alfalfa meal from our local feed store, and was
disappointed to discover that it was only 17% alfalfa. The rest was animal
fat, preservatives, etc...So I guess it is indeed a feed. Does anyone know
of a source for ground up alfalfa? Judy Sylvester zone 5.
