[Rose-list] How to Train this one.

I have a newer 'Louise Odier' and I'm not sure how I will handle her. What
do you think? How does yours grow?

I've thought of these ideas...

1) Prune well as I do most of my shrub roses and keep as a "restrained"
bush?
2) Peg and let her "spider out"?
3) Girdle (tie up canes up high, like a bouquet) and let the canes
"umbrella" down? Mine does get blackspot in early spring, so this might not
be a good solution.
4) Support with 3 foot high "hitching rails" or a hoop of sorts, letting the
canes "pour" to the ground?
5) Perhaps pillar this rose?

I don't see that she blooms or grows off her lateral canes like most old
roses. Appears to come off smaller canes near the base or strong new canes
altogether. Mine sits at a corner of a square-ish island with perennials
and a lawn path surrounding the island.

Sincerely,
~Carleen~
