My Louise is just a baby - only about 8" high, right now. I would be interested
in knowing just what to do with her. I thought she'd be a small bush, but as I
hear more about her, I am beginning to wonder!
I planted her last Monday (June 21), and she had a bud on her that bloomed that
week. This is the rose I planted out at Murphy's Landing in memory of my
sister. I put bone meal down, and put some liquid fertilizer in the water when
we planted. I have wood chips around her to keep weeds down. And I water her
almost every day (the soil drains very well). She has new growth on her,
already!!
