Carleen, I would rate the romanticas right up there with the English roses.
Disease resistance was really fantastic. In my area of Arkansas we have a
big problem with blackspot and the ones I have breezed right through the
summer looking fantastic. I don't spray my roses with any kind of chemical so
I'm always on the lookout for disease resistant roses. The scent is heavenly
