bonica rose size

bonica is not a large rose bush. you may be expecting too much of it. barron's
book, "roses" lists bonica as 27 inches. i've seen them get somewhat taller,
but not much.
it should, however, be full and bushy if healthy. if not, you may want to
analyze the soil before you add epsom salts, as soil that is too acidic can
cause lack of vigor.
