In my opinion, ANY Alba is worth growing!!
Depending on where in Oregon you are, you will probably get some blackspot,
possibly some rust, but they are outstanding roses nonetheless. The only
real problem with the Albas - and with most white OGR's - is their ability
to attract thrips. Warning - If you are planning on eating the apples from
those trees, plants the Gallicas their, and DON'T SPRAY
