Can you describe the gnarled leaves in more detail? Are there ways to
determine
that it is specifically this disease and not something else that's causing
this
damage? I'm beginning to think it's best to quarantine all roses before
exposing them
to the rest of the plants in a given area. Any comments on that idea?
